What should I bring to my

Notary Appointment?

Valid ID

Make sure that your ID is unexpired or issued within the last 5 years. Common ID types are: California driver's license or ID card, US passport or passport card, any state ID card, foreign passport, or Consulate card.

Complete Document(s)

Make sure all of the pages document(s) you need notarized are filled in (EXCEPT FOR SIGNATURES) and there are no blank spaces.

All Signers Present

Everyone who needs their signature notarized must be physically present at the appointment with a valid ID.

What Kind of Notarization Do You Need?

As a notary public, I cannot advise you on which type of notarization (acknowledgment, jurat, etc.) your document requires. If you’re unsure, please check with the organization or individual who provided the document before your appointment.

Are Witnesses Required?

Some documents require witnesses in addition to notarization. Witnesses must be present, provide valid ID, and be willing to watch the signing. You can either bring the required witnesses with you or let me know in advance so I can help coordinate.

Payment

Full payment is required before booking an appointment. I accept Zelle, Venmo, or a credit card (with an additional fee).

Cancellation & Readiness Policy

To ensure I can provide timely service to all clients, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Clients who do not provide at least a 24-hour notice will only be refunded 50% of the amount they paid at booking.
No-shows will not receive any refund of the amount they paid.

Clients who arrive without a valid ID, incomplete documents, required witnesses, or unwilling to sign or lacks the capacity to sign
will only be refunded 50% of the amount they paid at booking.
